Responsibilities:
Conduct 10-15 minute introductory screening calls with job candidates. Gather all required information during each call, utilizing provided screening scripts. Build rapport with each candidate, ensuring they have a positive screening experience. Evaluate whether each candidate is a good fit for the role using the evaluation guide. Enter evaluation findings into the system.
