Professional maturity and reliability, ideally 28 years old or above. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Experience in healthcare recruitment, executive search, or high-volume recruiting environments (preferred). Exposure to immigrant, relocation, or international candidate journeys (preferred). Background in coaching, wellness, or people-centered advisory roles (preferred). Demonstrated exceptional achievement in academic, athletic, or professional settings (preferred). Proficiency in email and calendar management tools. Proficiency in video conferencing and scheduling tools. Proficiency in Slack, Notion, or other project management tools (preferred). Proficiency in CRM systems for relationship management (e.g., Pipedrive) (preferred). Proficiency in ATS or candidate tracking systems (preferred).
