Requirements
- 3+ years professional experience in consultative Business Development and B2B Sales roles.
- Solid sales track record from pipeline building to deal closure including deal sizes in multi-million USD.
- Familiarity with carbon markets and climate related guidances and frameworks.
- Prior experience and an existing network in the carbon (removal) market are a strong asset.
- Proficient in negotiation, complemented by a keen commercial acumen and a deep understanding of effective contract management.
- Keen interest in understanding a client's individual needs and making them successful.
- Demonstrated expertise in building successful channel sales and partnerships.
- Effective and captivating communicator, both in verbal and written communication.
- Fluency in English is key.
- Willingness to travel up to 10-20% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute B2B outbound campaigns for carbon credit sales.
- Lead proposal crafting for buyer RFPs and engage senior stakeholders.
- Develop networks and establish new partnerships in the industry.
- Acquire in-depth understanding of carbon removal technologies.
- Translate client insights into innovative solutions.
- Represent Carbonfuture at conferences and events.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory developments.
