3+ years professional experience in consultative Business Development and B2B Sales. Solid sales track record from pipeline building to deal closure with multi-million USD deal sizes. Familiarity with carbon markets and climate-related guidances/frameworks. Prior experience and existing network in the carbon (removal) market is a strong asset. Proficiency in negotiation, commercial acumen, and contract management. Keen interest in understanding client needs and ensuring their success. Demonstrated expertise in building successful channel sales and partnerships. Effective and captivating verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English; German, Spanish and/or French are a plus. Creative and tenacious mindset with a strong bias for action. Willingness to travel approximately 10-20% of the time.
