Experience in sales development or inside sales roles Consistent track record of over attainment of weekly and monthly targets Highly self-motivated with an obsession on outbound prospecting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Solid understanding of outbound sales methodologies, prospecting techniques, and sales processes Experience working with CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Hubspot, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, Gong, Apollo, Outreach, Sales Navigator) Prior experience selling commercial cloud services / products based on open source developer platform is a plus Comfortable speaking about workflows, micro services, containers, serverless Strong ability to articulate, educate and sell the business value to businesses of all sizes
