Manage full-cycle accounts payable processing through Ramp, including vendor bill entry, approvals, payments, and payment forecasting.
Maintain AP aging and ensure timely payment of vendor invoices.
Maintain vendor records, including W-9 collection, payment details, and other required documentation.
Administer corporate card and employee expense activity in Ramp.
Prepare month end journal entries and reconcile prepaid expenses, accruals, and other assigned month-end entries.
Review income statement trending and assist with monthly financial reporting.
Partner with Product Management to support software development activity capitalization.
Maintain and improve accounting process documentation and support external audits.
