Requirements:
1+ year of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Lead Generation (B2B SaaS preferred). Proven ability to meet or exceed activity and pipeline goals. Strong communication and writing skills, with a professional phone presence. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement tools. Curiosity, persistence, and a growth mindset. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Exposure to selling compliance, learning, or HR technology solutions. Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and prospecting. Experience collaborating with Marketing and Account Executives.
Responsibilities:
Respond to new leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Qualify inbound leads based on defined criteria. Collaborate with Account Executives to identify target lists and schedule meetings. Maintain accurate CRM records. Execute campaigns with Marketing and follow up on MQLs. Meet and exceed activity and pipeline goals.
