1+ year of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Lead Generation (B2B SaaS preferred). Proven ability to meet or exceed activity and pipeline goals. Strong communication and writing skills, with a professional phone presence. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement tools. Curiosity, persistence, and a growth mindset. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Exposure to selling compliance, learning, or HR technology solutions. Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and prospecting. Experience collaborating with Marketing and Account Executives.
