Requirements:
5-7+ years of professional experience. 3-4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles. Experience in a high-growth or startup environment. Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Sigma, and other sales/GTM systems and analytics tools. Proven ability to influence at all levels using a data-driven approach. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects. Deep experience leveraging AI tools and automation for forecasting, modeling, and data workflows.
Responsibilities:
Act as a principal strategic partner to Director of Sales Ops and senior GTM leadership. Drive strategic projects across multiple product lines. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations on go-to-market strategy and execution. Drive best-in-class use of AI and automation across SalesOps processes. Lead and manage change across the GTM organization. Build and deliver executive-ready analyses and recommendations. Partner with senior leadership to define priorities, track performance, and identify growth levers.
