Lead Solution Manager

Lead a delivery team of Solution Managers and Technical Implementation/Systems Integration Engineers across a cluster of sites.
Maintain hands-on account ownership for at least one site as a Solution Manager.
Direct account cadence including steering committees, quarterly, and annual business reviews.
Guide technical approaches, challenge modeling or integration decisions, and ensure outcomes align with customer goals.
Lead customers through adoption and self-modeling to ensure long-term value generation.
Run office hours, training sessions, and working groups with customer engineers.
Develop team members through goal-setting, one-on-ones, and performance feedback.
Coordinate cross-site resourcing and partner with Account Directors on renewal and expansion strategies.
