Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance preferred. Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing standards (GAAP, IFRS). Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Assist in preparing financial reports and statements. Manage general ledger entries. Perform account reconciliations. Support senior accounting team with financial audits. Maintain and update accounting records. Analyze financial information. Ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulations. Assist in processing payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Help prepare and file tax returns. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Collaborate with other departments on financial initiatives.
