At least 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in logistics, fleet, or service industries Direct experience with Karmak software (Fusion or Legacy) Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) Solid understanding of service department accounting (parts, labor, work orders) Accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Strong communication skills (written and verbal in English) Self-driven, deadline-oriented, and effective in remote work environments Familiarity with logistics or dealership operations (preferred) Experience supporting U.S.-based accounting teams (preferred) Background in audit preparation or financial compliance (preferred)
