Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred but not required) Proven experience with FullBay or Trinium and QuickBooks Online (QBO) 1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or accounts support roles Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace Good communication skills
