Logistics Accounts Support - FullBay/Trinium Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred but not required) Proven experience with FullBay or Trinium and QuickBooks Online (QBO) 1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or accounts support roles Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace Good communication skills

Prepare and process invoices accurately and timely Manage billing operations Record and reconcile financial transactions using FullBay or Trinium and QuickBooks Online Monitor accounts receivable and assist with collections Maintain organized financial records Support month-end and year-end closing processes Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies Assist with generating reports and financial data analysis
