Logistics Karmak Expert

Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or transportation support Direct experience using Karmak Fusion or other Karmak platforms Strong communication and coordination skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related productivity tools Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Familiarity with shipping documentation, tracking systems, and inventory management Experience in the automotive, trucking, or fleet management industry (preferred) Background working with U.S.-based logistics or supply chain teams (preferred) Must have a stable internet connection Must have a remote-ready workstation

Coordinate and monitor shipping, receiving, and inventory movement using Karmak Fusion Manage order fulfillment, delivery scheduling, and real-time shipment tracking Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipment statuses, and delivery schedules Resolve logistics-related issues Generate and analyze logistics and operations reports Support warehouse and fleet operations Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and internal logistics standards
