Logistics Coordinator

Minimum 2 years of experience in U.S. logistics, supply chain, or a related field Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Strong verbal and written English communication skills Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and handle multiple logistics tasks remotely Familiarity with ERP or logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) (Preferred) Experience working remotely in logistics or supply chain coordination (Preferred) Knowledge of international shipping procedures and documentation (Preferred) Proficiency in inventory management software (Preferred)

Monitor and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments Track shipments, update order statuses, and resolve delivery issues Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and customers about shipment statuses Monitor inventory levels and initiate restocking Coordinate with team members for accurate system records Generate reports on inventory levels and discrepancies Prepare and manage shipping documents Ensure compliance with shipping regulations Maintain accurate records of logistics documents Serve as the main point of contact for vendors and partners Address shipping, inventory, or delivery-related queries Maintain up-to-date records in logistics systems Generate routine reports on inventory, shipment performance, and costs Analyze data for decision-making and process improvements Identify areas for cost savings and workflow optimization Assist in implementing new tools and strategies
