Experience recruiting for US-based roles or companies. Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills. Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. High attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through. Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Proficiency in communication tools (Gmail/Outlook, Slack, Zoom or Google Meet). Proficiency in calendar and scheduling tools (Google Calendar or Outlook).
