Requirements:
5+ years in Talent Acquisition. At least 2 years in a leadership or senior role. Proven experience in IT/Tech Recruitment. Experience in an Outstaffing agency, RPO, or Staff Augmentation firm is highly preferred. Deep understanding of the Latin American tech market. Advanced/Fluent English (C1 level) is mandatory. Familiarity with modern ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools. Understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and tech stacks.
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of technical recruiters focused on the LatAm market. Develop and execute sourcing strategies for the Staff Augmentation model. Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize process efficiency. Oversee end-to-end recruitment for senior and intermediate engineering roles. Handle high-priority or executive-level searches. Ensure candidates possess technical excellence and English fluency for US clients. Partner with Account Managers to understand client needs and forecast hiring. Act as a talent advisor, providing market intelligence. Ensure candidates are pre-vetted for "client readiness".
