5+ years in Talent Acquisition. At least 2 years in a leadership or senior role. Proven experience in IT/Tech Recruitment. Experience in an Outstaffing agency, RPO, or Staff Augmentation firm is highly preferred. Deep understanding of the Latin American tech market. Advanced/Fluent English (C1 level) is mandatory. Familiarity with modern ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools. Understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and tech stacks.
