Requirements:
7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with deep expertise hiring across GTM and Operations functions. 2+ years of experience managing or leading a small team of recruiters. Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Proven ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic partnership. Strong stakeholder management skills. A builder mindset, comfortable creating structure, systems, and scalable recruiting practices. Data-driven approach to recruiting. Excellent communication skills. Experience using Greenhouse or a comparable ATS. High integrity, strong ownership mentality, and a bias for action.
Responsibilities:
Design and own end-to-end recruiting strategy for GTM and Operations functions. Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent strategy. Own full-cycle recruiting execution. Build and maintain proactive, high-quality talent pipelines. Personally manage a hands-on requisition load. Lead and mentor a GTM Recruiter. Champion an exceptional candidate experience. Leverage recruiting metrics and funnel data to improve hiring velocity. Develop scalable sourcing strategies. Partner with People Ops, Talent Ops, and Finance to improve recruiting tools.
