At least 5-8+ years of recruiting experience (agency and in-house preferred). At least one year of people management experience overseeing four or more recruiters. Experience in a high-volume, outbound-heavy recruiting environment. Ability to utilize social media platforms for talent sourcing. Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills. Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport at all organizational levels. Strong project management skills for managing details in a fast-paced environment. Work authorized in the United States. Native or bilingual English proficiency.
