Requirements:
At least 5-8+ years of recruiting experience (agency and in-house preferred). At least one year of people management experience overseeing four or more recruiters. Experience in a high-volume, outbound-heavy recruiting environment. Ability to utilize social media platforms for talent sourcing. Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills. Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport at all organizational levels. Strong project management skills for managing details in a fast-paced environment. Work authorized in the United States. Native or bilingual English proficiency.
Responsibilities:
Oversee a team of 3-8 recruiters and manage their performance using data. Improve recruiting processes based on talent team data insights. Coach direct reports to enhance team productivity and performance. Serve as the DRI for team performance and upward reporting. Manage ATS (Greenhouse) and internal job postings, implementing best practices. Proactively identify, source, and recruit candidates through various channels. Conduct candidate screenings and schedule interviews. Partner with leadership and hiring managers on hiring targets. Identify new sourcing methods and key clinical networks.
