Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. 4-7 years of progressive compensation experience, including in high-growth tech. Ability to leverage compensation to attract and retain technical talent. Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, modeling). Experience assisting with administration of annual compensation cycles. Ability to perform independent market pricing and job evaluations. Global compensation experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage and participate in salary surveys and market analysis. Conduct market pricing for jobs and recommend salary ranges. Assist in preparation and execution of annual compensation programs (merit, incentive, equity). Serve as a compensation contact for People Business Partners and managers. Administer and maintain job architecture and salary structures. Evaluate job positions and maintain job descriptions. Ensure compensation programs comply with local laws. Prepare compensation reports and conduct internal audits.
