Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales/GTM compensation/rewards, or a similar role Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manage large sets of data Managed a compensation program for SaaS businesses Experience creating effective compensation plans for Enterprise B2B Software Account Executives and Account Managers Prior experience managing a GTM compensation program with high volume of deals Able to communicate effectively to the field and stakeholders
Responsibilities:
Administer GTM compensation plans within CaptivateIQ Manage end-to-end monthly and quarterly payout processes Serve as the primary owner of compensation inquiries and escalations Monitor performance against plan through audits and variance analyses Track, validate, and process GTM SPIFFs and incentive programs Maintain compensation system governance within CaptivateIQ Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures for compensation administration Support new-hire ramp administration Partner cross-functionally with RevOps, FP&A, and GTM leadership
