Administer GTM compensation plans within CaptivateIQ Manage end-to-end monthly and quarterly payout processes Serve as the primary owner of compensation inquiries and escalations Monitor performance against plan by running routine audits and variance analyses Track, validate, and process all GTM SPIFFs and incentive programs Maintain compensation system governance Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures for compensation administration Support new-hire ramp administration Partner cross-functionally with RevOps, FP&A, and GTM leadership
