Administer GTM compensation plans within CaptivateIQ Manage end-to-end monthly and quarterly payout processes Serve as the primary owner of compensation inquiries and escalations Monitor performance against plan through audits and variance analyses Track, validate, and process GTM SPIFFs and incentive programs Maintain compensation system governance within CaptivateIQ Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures for compensation administration Support new-hire ramp administration Partner cross-functionally with RevOps, FP&A, and GTM leadership
