Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales/GTM compensation/rewards, or a similar role Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manage large sets of data Managed a compensation program for SaaS businesses and creating effective compensation plans for Enterprise B2B Software Account Executives and Account Managers Prior experience managing a GTM compensation program with high volume of deals Able to communicate effectively to the field and stakeholders to ensure the understanding of plans and handling of disputes
Responsibilities:
Administer GTM compensation plans within CaptivateIQ Manage end-to-end monthly and quarterly payout processes Serve as the primary owner of compensation inquiries and escalations Monitor performance against plan by running routine audits and variance analyses Track, validate, and process all GTM SPIFFs and incentive programs Maintain compensation system governance Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures for compensation administration Support new-hire ramp administration Partner cross-functionally with RevOps, FP&A, and GTM leadership
