Administer compensation structure and job architecture, providing guidance and education. Partner with HRBPs, recruiters, and managers for compensation solutions. Lead planning and execution of the annual compensation cycle using Pave. Lead calculation and processing of annual bonus payments. Provide analysis and support for merit and bonus budgeting. Support annual and off-cycle equity grant processes. Provide compensation guidance for promotions, retentions, and ad-hoc adjustments. Conduct benchmarking and research, including salary survey participation and market pricing. Assist with U.S. and international equity plan administration. Serve as liaison with external providers and internal partners. Prepare E*Trade reports and perform reconciliations. Administer ESPP enrollment events, manage documentation, audits, and reporting. Identify opportunities to use AI for process efficiency. Support development and maintenance of compensation policies, processes, and compliance. Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Participate in or lead other projects as needed.
