Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant compensation experience (equity experience preferred).
- Experience with stock administration and HRIS platforms (ie., E*Trade, ADP Workforce Now).
- Proven experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Strong experience with equity administration (options, restricted shares, performance shares, etc) and its regulatory compliance requirements.
- Advanced level experience in Excel.
- Proficient in Google Suite (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Administer compensation structure and job architecture, providing guidance and education.
- Partner with HRBPs, recruiters, and managers for compensation solutions.
- Lead planning and execution of the annual compensation cycle using Pave.
- Lead calculation and processing of annual bonus payments.
- Provide analysis and support for merit and bonus budgeting.
- Support annual and off-cycle equity grant processes.
- Provide compensation guidance for promotions, retentions, and ad-hoc adjustments.
- Conduct benchmarking and research, including salary survey participation and market pricing.
- Assist with U.S. and international equity plan administration.
- Serve as liaison with external providers and internal partners.
- Prepare E*Trade reports and perform reconciliations.
- Administer ESPP enrollment events, manage documentation, audits, and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to use AI for process efficiency.
- Support development and maintenance of compensation policies, processes, and compliance.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Participate in or lead other projects as needed.
