3+ years of hands-on experience in compensation programs Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to analyze and enhance compensation processes, leveraging technology for efficiency Strong analytical/problem-solving skills Ability to meet deadlines and support multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail Experience with various Compensation planning and benchmarking tools: Workday and/or Pave is a plus

Prepare and execute compensation cycles Serve as a member of the Rewards Committee Ensure pay ranges remain current and market-competitive Conduct annual pay gap analysis Maintain monthly stock grants Initiate Compensation/Career Laddering discussions Prepare and manage the semi-annual bonus process Develop and implement Total Reward Statements Prepare and present educational compensation information for managers
