5+ years of relevant experience advising Enterprise customers in a SaaS or digital experience environment. Owned adoption, renewal, uncovering expansion, and long-term customer health. BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. Proven ability to analyze a customer’s business using financial filings, industry research, and internal data. Strong organizational and project management habits.
Responsibilities:
Build strong, trusted relationships across customer organizations. Understand customer goals, workflows, and tech stack to maximize Webflow platform value. Lead account strategy and rally cross-functional partners around a shared success plan. Identify opportunities for expansion and new use cases. Run high-value executive conversations to surface progress, risks, and results. Partner with Sales, Technical Architects, and Services Providers for successful outcomes. Provide customer insights to shape product direction and improve processes.
