Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent work experience. 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience in a SaaS solution-based environment. Enterprise customer sales experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager preferred. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Experience in generating leads directly and through marketing/customer-facing teams. Results-driven, resourceful, and continuously testing/iterating sales approaches. Strong communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC), Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute territory and account strategies. Establish and nurture executive relationships. Collaborate with Customer Success on retention and renewal strategies. Lead the commercial sales process from prospecting to closure. Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews. Conduct whitespace analysis and identify opportunities within accounts. Prospect within existing accounts for new opportunities and referrals. Partner with Customer Success and Marketing to generate leads. Deliver customized presentations. Collaborate with Solution Engineering on technical sales processes. Maintain pipeline and sales data in Salesforce. Oversee customer migration programs. Advocate for the voice of the customer internally.
