Requirements:
Proven track record leading paid media strategy and campaign performance across search, social, programmatic, and retail platforms Strong leadership experience with proven team development and mentorship success Deep analytical instincts and comfort with performance interpretation, forecasting, and optimization Excellent communication skills — from internal team leadership to clear client presentations Proficiency with media analytics and visualization tools (Excel, PowerBI or equivalent, web analytics) A bias for continuous learning and experimentation — especially with new tools and methodologies Agency experience leading multi-channel media teams (preferred) Experience integrating generative AI into media workflows (preferred) Familiarity with advanced attribution, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven media planning (preferred)
Responsibilities:
Lead, inspire, and develop a team of media strategists and managers Own paid media strategy that aligns to client business goals and drives measurable outcomes Translate brand, performance, and growth objectives into campaign roadmaps and KPI frameworks Direct media planning and forecasting models that inform channel mix, budgets, audience strategies, and pacing Ensure paid media campaigns launch on time, within budget, and with clear measurement approaches Use data to define success metrics, evaluate performance, and recommend next steps Build compelling performance narratives, supported by data visualization, insights, and action plans Present strategic media recommendations to client stakeholders with clarity and confidence Partner with account management, analytics, creative, and tech teams to align execution to objectives Manage client expectations, budgets, resourcing, and team performance Maintain deep knowledge of paid media trends, best practices, and platform innovations Contribute to our broader Media Center of Excellence to amplify strategic approaches across the agency Constantly experiment with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and platform-native AI capabilities Use AI to accelerate insight generation, strategic analysis, and efficiency Document and share prompts, workflows, and learnings with your team Treat AI as a force multiplier, not a shortcut Lead by example in AI integration — evolving how media strategy gets smarter, faster, and more impactful
