Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience 6+ years of relevant working experience in healthcare paid and organic social media-related efforts. Agency and FDA-regulated pharmaceutical experience preferred. Strong understanding of social analytics, attribution, and optimization best practices. Exceptional client-facing communication and presentation skills. Passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends. Strong understanding of social platforms (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google My Business, YouTube, X, TikTok, Bluesky, Pinterest, etc.) and analytics applications (Sprout Social, Looker Studio, Google Analytics etc.). Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects with ease. May require travel domestically including overnight stays.
