Experience in full-cycle recruitment, at a tech start-up or fast-growing scale-up organisation. Previous experience as a technical recruiter hiring engineering profiles (e.g. backend & frontend developers and engineering managers). Ability to work with large volume applications to improve and ensure high quality. Strong track record in high pace hiring environment, with focus on deliverables. Passionate about an excellent candidate experience. Aligned to Remote's values. Ambitious and intentional about diversity and inclusion. Experience in working and optimising a Talent Acquisition stack (Greenhouse, BrightHire, GoodTime etc). Excellent spoken and written skills in English.
