Requirements:
Experience in full-cycle recruitment, at a tech start-up or fast-growing scale-up organisation. Previous experience as a technical recruiter hiring engineering profiles (e.g. backend & frontend developers and engineering managers). Ability to work with large volume applications to improve and ensure high quality. Strong track record in high pace hiring environment, with focus on deliverables. Passionate about an excellent candidate experience. Aligned to Remote's values. Ambitious and intentional about diversity and inclusion. Experience in working and optimising a Talent Acquisition stack (Greenhouse, BrightHire, GoodTime etc). Excellent spoken and written skills in English.
Responsibilities:
Ensure Remote's talent scaling needs are met, particularly Engineering hiring. Work closely with TA Leadership to ensure team success. Create a world-class hiring and candidate experience. Improve the timing between the first recruiter call and offer. Track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress. Act as an advocate for remote working and values. Initiate creative and scalable changes to recruiting strategy. Partner with Remote's Talent Sourcer to build pipelines for hard-to-fill positions. Share best practices and become a subject-matter expert.
