Responsibilities:
Source and headhunt German-speaking candidates for roles abroad Source and headhunt candidates in English for various language-based roles Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process Collaborate with the internal team to understand client needs and job profiles Manage your own pipeline and work proactively to fill open roles Follow up with candidates after placement to ensure smooth onboarding
