- Source and headhunt Dutch-speaking candidates across Europe
- Recruit candidates in English for other language-based positions
- Screen CVs and conduct candidate interviews
- Assess candidate motivation, suitability, and relocation readiness
- Manage candidates throughout the end-to-end recruitment process
- Build and maintain a personal candidate pipeline
- Work proactively towards weekly and monthly KPIs
- Collaborate with the team on client requirements and open positions
- Follow up with candidates throughout onboarding and after placement
