Responsibilities
- Manage assigned vacancies in collaboration with Atlean World.
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
- Conduct pre-screening and interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Present shortlisted candidates to the Atlean World internal recruitment team.
- Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Build and manage a candidate network across international markets.
- Identify new sourcing opportunities, markets, and recruitment strategies.
- Track performance and work toward personal and financial goals.
