Own cash revenue growth across wellness clinics and manage weekly and monthly sales targets by clinic.
Lead, coach and develop the Wellness Growth & Sales team.
Improve lead-to-consult and consult-to-enrollment conversion.
Connect marketing activity to cash revenue through campaigns.
Identify growth opportunities across services, clinic capacity and patient demand.
Build repeat, renewal and referral revenue, including reactivating former patients.
Create cash-pay offers, packages and campaigns, and test ideas to scale what works.
Develop the commercial playbook for new clinic launches and markets.
