Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR generalist roles Experience working with e-commerce organizations Proven ability to source, assess, and hire candidates across multiple functions Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, “get-things-done” mindset with a sense of urgency Knowledgeable about HR systems, ATS platforms, and employee documentation processes
Responsibilities:
Partner with directors and managers to understand hiring needs and design recruitment strategies Source, screen, and recruit candidates Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles Support and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires Maintain accurate employee records and HR data Contribute to HR operations across multiple areas (excluding payroll and legal) Provide regular updates and reports to the HR Manager Ensure HR processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with company culture
