Requirements:
Fluent in English. Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently. Comfortable in a customer-facing role with attention to detail. Great project management skills, juggling multiple projects and stakeholders. Enjoy onsite client visits. Experience in travel tech or SMB-focused SaaS (bonus points). Familiar with HubSpot, Slack, Confluence, Loom (bonus points). Background in teaching, Onboarding, Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation (bonus points). Experience designing and implementing best practices and processes (bonus points).
Responsibilities:
Partner with sales teams to set up customers for success. Identify and address potential pain points. Build trips, migrate participants, and deliver training to customers. Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Lead projects and add extra value.
