- Identify marketing workflows worth automating and turn them into running agents across content, campaigns, lead enrichment, channel optimization, and creative testing.
- Configure agents using existing platforms (Clay, Lindy, n8n, Zapier, HubSpot AI, OpenAI/Claude APIs).
- Write the prompts, design the flows, and build the training data that make agents reliable and accurate.
- Monitor agent output, spot failures and quality dips, and iterate fast on prompts and workflows.
- Partner with engineering and Customer Ops when something needs deeper technical lifting (custom integrations, infrastructure).
- Document what you build so the rest of the marketing team can use, trust, and contribute to your agents.
- Stay close to the cutting edge of AI tooling and bring useful patterns into our workflows.
