GRC Consultant – Compliance & Audit Readiness

Own the audit journey for an assigned portfolio of global customers from gap assessment to closure.
Assess security controls, cloud environments, and organizational policies to identify implementation gaps.
Collaborate with Engineering, IT, and DevOps teams to create risk-based remediation plans.
Review evidence for completeness and maintain an audit-ready trail of documentation.
Coordinate communication between customers and external auditors to facilitate audit requests.
Track open requests and escalate potential roadblocks to project timelines.
Guide customers through SOC 2 Type I/II and ISO/IEC 27001 examinations.
Develop and improve audit playbooks and workflows for the Central Audits Team.
