BDR Manager

Lead and develop BDRs across inbound and outbound, including recruiting, ramping, training, 1:1s, and live call reviews.
Own demo and pipeline targets across SMB and mid-market.
Improve inbound conversion rates campaign by campaign and sustain the gains.
Build an intent-based funnel, turn intent signals into documented repeatable playbooks, and diversify pipeline sources.
Improve response rates and the quality of pitches on live calls.
Automate lead assignment and reporting, build real-time reporting, and use AI to extend inbound coverage on weekends.
Run weekly reviews of pipeline, activity, qualification, and conversion targets, and forecast pipeline volume and value.
Maintain SOPs, sequences, scripts, email pitches, and qualification criteria.
Track new-hire ramp time, productivity, activity, meeting quality, and opportunity conversion.
Coordinate with Content Marketing, AEs, Sales, and RevOps on campaigns, target accounts, handoffs, and tooling.
