5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or digital leadership roles. Proven track record in building marketing teams and systems from scratch. Deep understanding of paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, ASA, DSPs, affiliates, etc.). Strong analytical mindset with experience in tracking and BI tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau). Solid understanding of unit economics, attribution, and key performance metrics (ROI, CAC, LTV, Retention). Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams. Fluent English. Experience in Big 6 agencies (GroupM, Omnicom, Publicis, Dentsu, Havas, IPG) will be a strong advantage.
