3+ years of experience in performance marketing, including hands-on campaign management At least 2 years of team management experience at Lead or Head level, including experience of managing cross-functional teams Proven experience with large budgets ($500K–1.5M/month) and scaling paid UA channels Deep knowledge of ad platforms: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Apple Search Ads Solid grasp of attribution models, incrementality, MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust) Analytical mindset with strong skills in GA4, Firebase, GTM, Tableau, Excel Experience working cross-functionally with product, analytics, creative, and engineering teams Strong business acumen and goal-oriented approach Excellent communication skills and fluent English
