3+ years of experience leading marketing in software development, IT services, or product tech companies (preferably with deals above $500K). Strong expertise in B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales enablement for international clients. Experience in Healthcare IT, MedTech, or Enterprise software domains is a strong advantage. Fluent Ukrainian and strong English (Advanced level, written and spoken). Excellent communication, multitasking, and project management skills. Strategic, analytical, and results-oriented mindset. Self-driven and proactive leader capable of creating strategy and executing it.
