Requirements:
3+ years of experience leading marketing in software development, IT services, or product tech companies (preferably with deals above $500K). Strong expertise in B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales enablement for international clients. Experience in Healthcare IT, MedTech, or Enterprise software domains is a strong advantage. Fluent Ukrainian and strong English (Advanced level, written and spoken). Excellent communication, multitasking, and project management skills. Strategic, analytical, and results-oriented mindset. Self-driven and proactive leader capable of creating strategy and executing it.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement company positioning and marketing strategy to drive sales and product adoption. Lead strategic initiatives in positioning, segmentation, branding, market research, content, and ABM. Relaunch and manage lead generation activities for optimized funnels and ROI. Build and execute sales support and enablement activities (battlecards, presentations, case studies). Strengthen company credibility through PR, content, and event initiatives. Balance in-house and outsourced marketing activities. Lead and develop a marketing team and agencies.
