Manage and oversee other team members on a daily basis. Review team members’ work, provide feedback, and ensure accountability. Maintain and update internal trackers and operational documentation. Coordinate and communicate with venues, sponsors, photographers, and other external stakeholders. Make frequent outbound phone calls on behalf of the company. Ensure recurring networking events are executed smoothly and consistently. Learn and optimize existing operational systems and workflows. Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities within operations. Take increasing ownership of operations as the business expands into new verticals.
