Requirements:
Proven past management experience. Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to understand and manage big-picture business operations. Clear, responsive, and professional communicator (written and verbal). Comfortable making frequent phone calls and acting as a representative of the company. Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities. Experience managing teams and workflows. Confident being the “face” of the company when communicating with partners and vendors. Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Gmail, Docs) Comfortable learning and working within simple internal systems and trackers.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee other team members on a daily basis. Review team members’ work, provide feedback, and ensure accountability. Maintain and update internal trackers and operational documentation. Coordinate and communicate with venues, sponsors, photographers, and other external stakeholders. Make frequent outbound phone calls on behalf of the company. Ensure recurring networking events are executed smoothly and consistently. Learn and optimize existing operational systems and workflows. Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities within operations. Take increasing ownership of operations as the business expands into new verticals.
