Be the primary contact for assigned customers regarding software, support, development, risk, environment maintenance, change management, and upgrades. Lead environment changes including disaster recovery, deployment, configuration, incident, and problem management. Ensure RELEX system is operational and available, resolving customer issues according to SLA. Assist customers in further developing their RELEX solution to expand usage and benefits. Support and lead retail and supply chain planning development projects. Consult with clients to optimize business processes and identify opportunities for increased sales, reduced costs, and improved efficiency. Perform business analysis and problem-solving at strategic, operational, technical, and organizational levels.
