Engineering at Karat

As an engineer at Karat, you will build sophisticated, enterprise-grade applications that redefine technical hiring. Our team tackles challenges in predictive assessment, data analytics, and scalable platform infrastructure. You will work with a modern tech stack, including Ruby, Python, React, and TypeScript/JavaScript. We leverage microservices architecture, optimize databases, and design robust APIs. We also actively explore and integrate AI-assisted development and LLM APIs to stay at the forefront of innovation. You will help shape our technical vision and elevate our engineering practices.
