Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a Project Management or similar position.
Responsibilities:
Track orders from entry to shipment to ensure timeliness. Support Sr. Platform Manager in the bid process. Coordinate with internal departments and customers for on-time shipment. Review customer Purchase Orders and resolve issues. Prepare orders for entry and manage associated documents. Participate in engineering handoff meetings. Work with engineering and customers through submittal and release. Manage change orders with relevant departments and customers. Schedule field service and resolve deficiencies/commissioning. Communicate schedule and provide technical support to client integrators. Prepare cost proposals for customer-driven revisions. Develop and use reports to track order status and identify potential issues. Proactively resolve issues that may cause delays or complaints.
