SVP, General Counsel

Partner with Sales and Product teams to streamline the Lead-to-Cash process.
Lead negotiations for high-stakes SaaS contracts, IP licensing, and technology transactions.
Establish standardized contract playbooks and self-service legal tools.
Provide legal support for fundraising, acquisitions, and partnerships.
Lead post-acquisition legal harmonization and consolidation of IP.
Serve as Corporate Secretary and primary liaison to the Board.
