- Build rigorous financial models and business cases for new investments and market entries.
- Establish frameworks for measuring R&D ROI and product performance.
- Architect and manage the global Product Scorecard and North Star metrics.
- Serve as the primary link between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
- Lead the Go-to-Product engine, including field enablement and launch synchronization.
- Design and scale the Product Operating System and integrated tech stack.
