Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, data science, statistics, or a related field.
- Strong Python programming skills for data processing, automation, and analysis.
- Strong SQL skills (joins, aggregations, window functions, CTEs, query optimization).
- Experience working with large datasets and performing data cleaning, transformation, and validation.
- Solid understanding of exploratory data analysis (EDA) and descriptive statistics.
- Experience with basic experimental design and evaluation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently on defined tasks and collaborate with senior team members.
- Interest in machine learning, NLP, or Generative AI is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, optimize, and maintain SQL queries in Snowflake to build datasets and support reporting.
- Develop and maintain production-quality Python scripts for data transformation, pipeline automation, and validation.
- Curate evaluation datasets and create benchmarking frameworks to measure model performance.
- Conduct exploratory analysis and data profiling to identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Support Product Managers and Data Scientists with model development, experimentation, and root-cause investigations.
- Document methodologies and findings to ensure reproducibility and clarity.
- Support the development and evaluation of ML and AI-powered data pipelines.
