2+ years experience managing a team of Software Engineers 5+ years of overall development experience Deep proficiency with distributed / data-oriented application development and SaaS Experience planning and leading development efforts on large projects Previous experience leading and mentoring teams Excellent communication skills Experience leading Agile / Scrum ceremonies Experience working within a dynamic engineering organization Experience working on a Platform-oriented team (bonus) Golang and Ruby / Rails (managing a team that owns tooling and services using these) Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America
