Requirements:
5+ years of experience leading Engineering Teams as a Manager or Director Proven expertise in leading SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering teams Experience with AWS (or Azure), Cloud Native tooling, and Infrastructure as Code Experience managing and supporting infrastructure for web applications Solid expertise in the latest development, build, test, and deploy practices Strong passion and track record of attracting, developing, and retaining engineers Experience utilizing APM tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Prior experience with Ruby-on-Rails or similar frameworks (plus) Experience with Kubernetes (plus) Knowledge or experience with mobile engineering (plus)
