Platform Engineering Manager

3+ years of experience leading engineering teams in Platform, DevOps, or SRE domains. 5+ years of hands-on experience as an engineer. Experience building and operating high-scale cloud-native applications. Experience promoting a culture of Operational excellence with SaaS products. Experience with public cloud infrastructure. Experience automating infrastructure through code using technologies such as Pulumi or Terraform. Experience with GitHub Actions and other modern CI/CD tools. Breadth and depth of hands-on experience in public cloud services. Ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly and drive focus and excellence. High emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and empathy. Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills. Demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven decisions that lead to results. Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects. Experience with Azure (Bonus).
