Lead, mentor, and coach a geographically distributed engineering team Contribute to coding, review pull requests, and deliver at a senior engineer level Drive team productivity, reliability, and simplicity Collaborate with product management on engineering priorities, roadmap, and strategy Build tools, reference implementations, and best practices Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing engineers
