7+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, UX research, or global research roles. Demonstrated experience leading multi-market consumer research across the UK, Canada, and other global regions. Strong command of qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Understanding of global/regional compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR). Proven ability to synthesize data into compelling stories for senior stakeholders. Strong collaboration and project management skills. Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. Experience in healthcare, wellness, or DTC is a plus.
