Workday Business Systems Analyst

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 8+ years of Workday Core HCM experience covering Compensation, Security, Business Processes, Reporting, and Dashboards. Advanced Compensation experience is required. Benefits or Absence experience is a plus. Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, user ready documentation quickly. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.

Configure Workday to meet clear business requirements and recommend improvements to existing processes. Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and implement solutions that align with business needs. Develop and maintain user documentation, including process maps, configuration notes, test plans, and user guides. Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and drive problem resolution for supported systems. Build and deliver actionable reports and dashboard
